Returns + Exchanges

Please read all descriptions carefully including sizing with Headbands/ Baby Turbans as we do not offer a refund for change of mind. Sale items are not able to be exchanged and are non refundable. Exchanges for incorrect size will incur a postage fee and the product must be in original saleable condition with tags if any unremoved. If you’re uncertain of styles and sizes, please contact us via email before placing your order. If your item is faulty we will happily exchange, please contact us to discuss your options.

SHIPPING

All of our hand made items are made to order, typically within 2-5 business days of your order being placed. However delays may arise during peak times. Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $10 within Australia and a flat rate of $20 internationally. These prices include a tracking number. Upon dispatch, your tracking details will be emailed to you from Australia Post. Please keep these handy for checking on your order. We also offer Express Shipping for $15 on domestic orders only. *Postage times may vary depending on location and unforeseeable events International customers are responsible for any customs related charges associated with goods arriving in their country. Due to the fragility of our candle kit contents we only send via courier, please contact us for pricing. Orders are made and dispatched from The Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout. Charges will apply for any unclaimed or returned orders.
